Shipping Policy
For the Christmas season we cannot guarantee orders to arrive prior to December 25th. Therefore, please order in mid-November for your best odds of getting your gifts delivered on time!
All of our physical products are made-to-order (MTO) so if you order multiple items, they might be delivered in separate boxes and arrive at different times. Making MTO products causes our shipping policy to be more unique, so please read through the entire policy before ordering.
*We currently only ship items within the United States and Canada.

Digital Prints: Instant Delivery!
Poster Prints: 6-8 days
Framed Prints: 8-11 days
Canvas Prints: 8-11 days
Apparel: 7-9 business days*
Christmas Season: Add a week or more to the estimates above during Christmas season. We cannot and do not guarantee orders to arrive before Christmas, therefore order as soon as possible!
What if my item was damaged during shipping? (Prints & Apparel)
We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived [damaged/mislabeled]. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos* (of products & packaging) where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you once we file a Problem Report on your behalf. You must reach out to us within 25 days from the time the order was received (this policy is due to our provider's policies regarding damaged items).

Apparel items must be un-worn, un-washed, tags intact, and in their original condition. Barcode stickers (if present) must not be removed from apparel.
What if my item was misprinted? (Apparel)
We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived misprinted - this is rare but can happen. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos* where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you once we file a Problem Report on your behalf. You must reach out to us within 25 days from the time the order was received (this policy is due to our provider's policies regarding misprinted items). Do not send the original item back as returns are not accepted.

What if my order was not able to be delivered? (Prints)
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the item(s) because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it will be returned to our provider's address. When that happens, we will get an email that your order arrived back at our provider's facility. They will hold onto the order for 28 days. During this time, we will contact you. Customer's will need to pay for the reshipping costs, since the order will have been shipped twice.
If a resolution cannot be reached within 28 days, the order will be lost and there will be no refund.
What if my order shipped but the tracking stopped?
Rarely carriers like USPS and DHL will lose a package, or the package might stop at a location and remain "in transit." If you haven't received a tracking update for an item in over a week (the item shipped but tracking stopped), please contact us and we will try to figure out a solution. Our first step will be to ask our provider to resend the item. This is an unfortunate error and rarely occurs.
What if my order was marked as 'delivered' but it was stolen or I cannot find it? (Prints & Apparel)
If you haven’t received your order yet but our team checks the shipment’s status and we see that the carrier has marked it as Delivered, then there is nothing we can do on our end. We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff - and if need be, file a report with the shipping carrier. Please note that we do not cover refunds due to carrier errors or theft, though we will do our best to work with you to find a solution. If 'porch thefts' are a problem in your neighborhood we recommend sticking to our Digital Prints!
What if I want to return or exchange my item? (Prints & Apparel)
All of our print and apparel items are custom printed to order, so unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please read apparel sizing and descriptions very closely before purchasing and make sure you choose the correct color. If there are any issues with your order (such as damage during shipping), please see the info above and contact us a.s.a.p. and we can try to help in the best way possible.
What if I live on a US military base, will you ship to my location?
Shipping to military bases will only work if you select the "standard shipping" option when checking out. You cannot use economy shipping, or express shipping! So, make sure to click "standard shipping."
