Our Story
The artist, Micah, began BibleSketches in a Starbucks in Blacksburg, VA, many years ago. Growing up, he had a passion for sketching, drawing on every school paper placed in his hands. Studying architecture at Virginia Tech furthered his love for sketching and refined his skills.
Soon, his love for God and the word began to influence his side hobbies and thus sketching moments/stories in scripture brought two of Micah's joys together.
Then, Micah met Hannah!
Marriage
They became a team!
Hannah began to manage the BibleSketches' Etsy storefront while simultaneously growing their presence on Instagram.
Hard work
BibleSketches grew
Micah continued to sketch and Hannah plugged away on social media. Before they knew it, BibleSketches had blossomed into something they never imagined.

Glorifying God
Micah and Hannah continue to work together with the aim to produce artwork that glorifies God and highlights the beauty of His word.

Micah Martin Lead Designer
Micah hopes that BibleSketches will glorify God and serve as a catalyst for producing more gospel content online. His interests include WWII planes, history, maps, and architecture - but his favorite aspect of design is making diagrammatic theological content on Instagram.

Hannah Martin Social Media Manager
After her title of Christ follower, wife, and mother, Hannah manages the marketing side of BibleSketches along with some of the customer service. She loves Jesus, going to concerts, cooking, eating extra spicy foods, and going to the movies for a date night.
