The price of an order is not on our package slips! The slips only show the ordered item.
What if a print is not available in the poster, frame, or canvas section?
If you can't find a print using our search function, chances are we have not yet uploaded it. It takes a lot of time to make the necessary files for the framed, canvas, and poster prints - but chances are it is in the works!

Digital Prints
How do I download the digital print files?
The JPEG print files will be sent to the email you input when making the order. You will receive JPEGs that are CMYK and RGB.
Should I print the CMYK file or the RGB file?
CMYK is the standard for printing, but some online print sites only accept RGB files and then they convert it themselves to CMYK. Therefore, try CMYK first, if that does not work then try RGB. This is why we provide both!
Where can I get files printed?
We have often used Staples or FedEx Kinkos, though customers have had great results from many other places (e.g., Mixtiles, SimplyFramed, Mpix, Shutterfly, or local print shops). Results will always vary.
Make sure to read the PDF FAQ file that comes with your purchase, as it provides even more info!
What type of paper do you recommend for printing?
Always try to use thick and firm white paper (something similar to cardstock). If the paper is too thin the ink might cause waves and bumps on the print.
Make sure to read the PDF FAQ file that comes with your purchase!
Do all digital prints in your shop come with the same sizes?
No, you will need to read the item description to see what size they come in. You will find that cheaper digital prints come in one size and the prints in the $10-$20 range come in multiple sizes.
Note: We cannot make custom sizes for people due to the volume of customers. You can resize on your own using www.photopea.com
Can I get the sketch I want with a white background instead of tan?
We cannot do custom background changes. Please read the item description carefully before purchasing, most prints only come in one background color.
Customers can overlay a white background on their own using www.photopea.com
How can I change the JPEG file to a PDF file?
Customers can easily upload their JPEG file to www.photopea.com and export it as a PDF file. This website editor is free to use!
Can I share the digital files or print for others?
No. Please see our copyright policy for more info.

Why do you suggest the black or white frames over the red oak frame?
From a design perspective we think the black and white frames work better with beige, while the red oak may clash. However, this depends on wall color and decorative ambience in your living space.
Canvases
How thick are the canvases?
The canvases project out 1.25" from the wall.
What does the beige color of the canvases look like?
Most of our canvases come in the same beige color - a few do not. Check out our color guide for more info.
Why are small sketch details or word fonts less clear on the canvases?
The dimples in the canvas material make small details come out less clear.
Originals
What does an 'original' mean?
An original is a hand-sketched piece that itself is the original real physical piece of art. Originals can be replicated by the artist by selling prints of the original, but there will never be another original, because there is only one.
Are originals one-of-one?
No originals are not one-of-one because the artist may sell prints of the original. A true one-of-one has no replications in print form. However, an original is the only real hand-sketched piece of paper used by the artist for that particular design.
Can I request an original to be a true one-of-one for a higher price?
Yes, so long as a price is agreed upon and no prints of the original have already been sold.
Can I return an original?
Yes, customers have 30 days to return the artwork and it must be returned in its new condition (customers will be responsible for the shipping cost and insurance if needed). Damaged artwork will not be accepted.
