We would love to answer your questions, but first please read through these helpful bullet points:

• Please read our FAQ page, as it will answer most of the questions that we normally receive.

• Please start your email with one word in parenthesis to help us sort the subject of your inquiry. For example: (shipping) or (payment) or if you do not know, just put (general).

• Order Number: If your inquiry is in relation to an order, please also put your order number in parenthesis in the beginning of your message.

• Pictures: If your message is in reference to a damaged order, first contact us here and once we respond via email you can attach images after.

• Response time: We try to respond within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays), but this is dependent on the amount of traffic we are getting. Also, we try to refrain from answering emails on Sundays.
